You need QuickTime to play the virtual tours. You can download QuickTime safely and for free from the Apple website at http://apple.com/quicktime/download Be sure to set up the download to your liking. The top link will download iTunes and Quicktime. So check the bottom radio button for QuickTime only.
To navigate simply click and drag in the direction you want to see.
